I like extreme cbt, especially if there is a risk permanent damage

I especially like playing with biting or stinging insects (or other bugs), and with maggots.. letting them eat, crawl inside my urethra, etc.

If you are biologically female please help convince me to let them go too deep inside for recovery or to keep eating past what I can take
