Are American politics a game?

It certainly seems that way when Laura Loomer appears on screen with her freakishly strong jawline obviously developed over her lifetime by chewing human bones, eating raw aborted FETUSES, and sucking her own fist down her throat.

Isn't it surrealism to look at your political figures and their appearance is so ghoulish?
