Most of things (except Notes) that editable from VX Ace editor can be changed and changes are picked up dynamically
Full modular support, a singular part of a skill can be changed, and a singular part of Effects/Damage, unchanged part would remain as they were.
Including Name, Description, MP/SP cost, damage type, element type, damage formula, speed, hit type, animation id, messages, Effects.
Put files with changes into Patch/Skill_*.rb files, one example file with some selective fixes comes together with mod
Notes changes are not supported, change them in translation if needed.

It can do lots of things to skills, its just example file has just smallest fixes. All in all, one can just input own formula to any skill and roll with it. Or add bunch of effects to it, or anything else, really.
But decompiler and files from it would be released slightly later, i need to brush them up.
