wtf does this mean you ESL nigger? a lot of the land is too fucking steep to put anything more than a shitty little logging road in. what i'm trying to say is that the claim that the land will be used for housing is BS because it's impossible. the land is just going to get raped of its resources and then treated like shit and mismanaged forever.
