I do eventually calm down.. but like this sense of very powerful and very uncomfortable deja vu remains for long after.
as I am experiencing these panic anxiety freekouts or what ever my heart will be racing and like my ears ringing/I can hear my blood flowing
its like very intense.. my body shakes..
its fucking so weird, but like at the same time seems so familiar its almost like its something that I've done countless times before..
