For some reason only the Sacred artifact results are completely different.

Same top 5 except 2nd, 3rd and 4th switched their places around. 1st to 8th on the EN poll were literally also all in the top 10 of the JP poll.

Same top 3 but 2nd and 3rd switched places. 1st to 4th were all on the JP top 10 but literally everyone on the EN list after the top 4 didn't make it to the top 10 of the JP poll.
