Not even remotely close. The Traveler is written as an equal to the characters of other nations and learns and fights alongside them. If the Traveler was written like the TB then in Fontaine it would have been revealed that the prophecy for that nation was actually about TB and only he could fix the issue instead of it being Neuv and the old hydro archon. The problems in Genshin are complex enough that it requires everyone putting in the work and the Traveler is not a jesus character.
Meanwhile in HSR, the answers to the problems on each planet are resolved so easily it ruins the world when they can only be solved when the TB is on the scene. Just look at how stupid it was in Penacony.
