We were supposed to take the train down both days actually but day 2 it was a 3pm down ticket and we were unsure if it would be running. Also my brother was out of shape and would rather hike down to the parking lot rather than back up Washington. Had to skip knifes edge and katahdin bc he was dying on the way into chimney pond.
