"HRT" stands for hormone replacement therapy, I.E. taking estrogen or testosterone, which many if not most trans people do to alter their physical appearance among other effects. If you don't even know what that is then I strongly suggest you go do some light research in other places than browsing /pol/ threads. (Or you're just trolling, but I like to give the average poster here the benefit of the doubt.)
