How about all of those hogs in the last thread posted who are crying that they're actually obese on the bmi scale, but that's not fair because they're not jiggling piles of blubber they're just a little bit chubby, or they consider themselves average. Meanwhile, look at them on body fat percentage instead of bmi and they are all fat. Literally mostly comprised of fat. They absolutely are packed with visceral fat and their long term health outcomes do not look good.
