I admittedly hadn't though on the horns much cause I've been mostly working on the plot parts of her more than the design since the AI has churned out a few that align in a general sense with the vivid mental image I had, but at this point I'd say they grow and she trims/files them cause they don't ever stop growing and she hates dealing with super long/large horns. They usually are either a short or medium length most of the time.

I haven't honestly decided which one I like more for her true appearance when she's not masquerading as a regular pony with some illusory Dragon Magic. Not for a lack of thinking on it at all, I just can't make up my mind which one I want it to be. On one hand, dragon tails simply look cooler. On the other hand a more pony-like tail can act as a visual balance to keep the pony and dragon features more even. I dunno but I'd probably end up choosing the dragon tail since she technically has a pony one when disguised anyway and in turn lets me technically have my cake and eat it regardless.

Yeah, the draconic ones with the little spikes is indeed correct.

More grey. The AI just for some reason didn't like when I tried specifying what shade of gray and half the time either ignored me and did a slightly brown-tinted ash color anyway, colored the wrong parts with the intended shade of gray or gave me glitchy blobs.

I am currently workshopping the reason behind that at the moment. But it is indeed intentional, I had cutie mark but into the negative prompt specifically so it doesn't add one. She does not have one and will not ever have one, because in a nutshell her half-dragon lineage exempts her from said conventions.
