I really cannot tell if you're joking or not, the problem with Takahashi-P, similarly to Minato-P is that he's a pussy.
During Ghost due to the complaints of Drive's summer movie he decided to refilm the first few episodes, completely screwing with the schedules. He also had to scrap his original setting and the Showa-style Bizarre directional style he had planned. According to Morota they had to change the worldview 3 times due to the complaints, with the only aspects remaining intact being Alan and Adonis because their arcs were the only things Takahashi-P wasn't willing to sacrifice, which is probably why they were the best part of the show and it shows that Takahashi could make amazing seasons if he stuck to his guns. In Saber's case I'll excuse the filming schedule issues from the first quarter since it resulted from Covid at least and I couldn't find any interview to know just how involved he actually was in Ryusoulger but for that season I mostly blame Maruyama for its issues.
Minato however seems to be mostly irredeemably incompetent. I mean, I kind of get it, he mentioned how he has always been a fan of toku and dreamed to work on Toei since high-school but he couldn't get a job there initially which resulted in him working on MADHOUSE and when he finally got a job at Toei he had to work as an AP in Precure. So of course he'll blindly accept what his peers recommend without properly rationalizing. He said he prefers dark Early Heisei toku with some comedic elements to balance them out and loves insert songs, so clearly Gotchard wasn't the show he quite wanted to make but he still barely provided any ideas for the worldview and kept rejecting ideas from the writers in spite of it, that's just so incompetent I cannot really trust him.
