What tip am I suppose to give for basic food preparation and service? It's not like restaurants are doing anything else but their bare minimum job, and despite that with huge waiting lines and take-out prices same ad being served, 10% gratuity is more than restaurant deserves. Not my problem if restaurant owners won't pay decent staff wages.
