Jesus didn't come to start a religion. Trust that God loves you enough to forgive you if you'll let him and love him by living by his example.
We are not forgiven because we are worthy, we are forgiven because God is mercifully and loving.
Depth of depravity that he forgives only highlights the depth of his love for you.
But repentance is required. You have to accept what your doing is a sin and there is no excuse. It's wrong.
If you want to be saved right now. Find a quiet place away from everyone else and confess every sin you can remember you've ever made to God. Then thank him for the Sacrifice of his only begotten son that paid the price for your sins so you may be redeemed.
