She's generally underwhelming in terms of strength but she also has a bunch of annoying issues she REALLY shouldn't have.
Like the way her normal attack string moves you around can fuck up your dodge counters sometimes, she lacks visual clarity and it's often hard to see how many stacks enemies have, etc.
