Buy 500 bulk FIBC bags. Couple of hundred $ if you buy them in buk.
Hire a front loader, just a small one will do.
Use the front loader to fill the bags with dirt. You should be able to construct something substantial in 1 day.
It's as close as you'll get to a HESCO wall.
