On turn 6, you can rewind as soon as you end your turn. If the boss isn't on the screen, that means that allowing the turn to go through will be an early kill; rewind and skip some turns if this is the case.
G11's should be using her poison ground rotation wherein she starts with her S2 puddle skill. If your purple team does not break on turn 1, you probably need to swap out some units.
