I dont know about the sex trafficking but the serial killer is a joke about a human leg that washed up on shore near a house she owns in Rhode Island. The leg was identified as belonging to a 31 year old Massachusetts man who disappeared approx 1 month before and likely committed suicide or accidentally drowned.
