It most likely got an earlier release due to how much different it is from normal genshin (in fact, I believe it uses its own client?).
90% sure it's going out in 6.0.

Honestly? That applies to a LOT of mechanics and characters that genshin has. Them wasting so much dev time into a stupid UCG gamemode is honestly one of the least irritating effort wastes the game has done because they're at least experimenting with something new, and it has the potential to be a huge thing.
I'd rather have UCG shit than dead 4* characters with worthless kits like Mika or Dahlia.
