how long can Oda keep doing this "ugly character sad backstory where he cries for being ugly"?
This is supposed endgame yet we are still getting same generic crybaby backstories about being "le different".
It's especially fucking dumb coming from the same author who keeps showing CDs as ugly and trying to claim that they are ugly because they are evil.

People love to joke about Dragon, but the one who should have gone to Mary Geoise to try and save Ginny was Kuma.
What was he hoping for? That Ginny would somehow manage to escape from Mary Geoise on her own after being enslaved? For years he does nothing, even though he has no news about her? If she had managed to escape, she would’ve found a den den mushi and called them, just like she did when she was already on the verge of death.
Ginny was abandoned by everyone. From Dragon, I can understand it. The life of one person shouldn’t risk the entire revolutionary army. Sacrificing one for the greater good is justifiable. But from Kuma? Not nearly as much.
If I were Oda, I would've made it so that Kuma and the others didn't know Ginny had been taken by the Celestial Dragons, and only found out at the end when she contacted them. That would've worked way better.
But normalfags will continue to praise Kuma and his story because they are blinded by their normalfaggotry that can't see past cheap tragedy what horrible writing this retconned flashback did to Kuma's character.
