Lots of other tropical only foods like fruits, sweet potatoes etc. If you've ever had a papaya or coconut there's a good chance it came from Africa, they don't grow in cold countries. Even if you haven't someone is eating them because they sell them in stores.

Millets and sorghum are also used in gluten free foods as alternatives to wheat.
