The entire idea of there being physicaly disabled people in these settings completely fucking baffles me. You're telling me, that in these settings where you can bring people back from the dead and heal nearly all physical wounds and ailments with potions. People in that setting CAN'T fix a fucked spine!?
If the legs were blown of by some explosion sure, maybe. But there would still be ways to allow the character to walk again BECAUSE YOU HAVE FUCKING GOLEMS AND ROBOTS THAT WORK OFF OF FUCKIN' MAGIC! Just get the gnomes or dwarves to build a pair of legs that run using magic stones for the bastard.
