This is so retarded. Alliance is allowed to have their High King, but Horde is relegated to this pony council shit because we've had too many bad Warchiefs in a row or whatever. I don't fucking care about the lore reason. It's a war game, each faction needs a figurehead to rally behind. It's rule of cool 101. A council is just extremely lame. "Let's raid Orgrimmar and kill ze COUNCIL LEADER Thrall" just doesn't have the same oomph as "let's go FUCK UP the WARCHIEF"
