1. You have to understand your soul
2. Test your soul
3. Hold it up to a standard, verify it
4. Nurture it
5. Heal it
Soul business is serious business, and it is such in every religion or every philosophy or every psychotheorem. It's realy hard work to keep the soul alive and healthy, and you do not achieve it by "pretending"
But your solution is actual escapism and real narcissism.
