If you haven't DMed in years and you have players who have never played RPGs before, do not go with a rules light system. Rules light systems are for people who already have a firm grasp of RPGs, they are not designed for beginners nor are they good for beginners. I say this as a person who loves rules light systems and plays Cairn regularly. The reason why is because it relies on the DMs "muscle memory" for running games. you'll find that if you run knave and maze rats, you'll be trying to pull from what you already know when it comes to certain situations as those games do not cover them, wasting time at the table and frustrating yourself and the players.
The best system for newbies is the one that you, the DM, is most familiar with. Take that system you are familiar with, use pre-made characters for the players, and take them for a ride. my very first RPG was Shadowrun and i had a blast because the DM was confident in the rules and helped guide me, but that game sucks when it comes to rules. the difference was the DM.
