Zen deserves it for destroying her friendship with Mouse and Henya by constantly pestering them for collabs, and being emotionally draining by continually questioning them about the status of her friendship with them. Ari probably saw Zen's true colors and decided that Mouse and Henya were better people to hang out with in the long run. Who knows how many times Zen's blown up on her behind the scenes for missing a collab, we've all seen her Zenhera episodes about friends on Twitter. If I was Ari I'd want to escape that to hang out with kinder and more stable vtubers like Mouse and Henya so I can't really blame her.
