People don't wear tights with the same exact material as their top. The tights are usually spandex or nylons that you don't tend to make tops ouf ot.
Even if the top is nylon too, it's going to be a different threadcount, and it's not going to be stretched the same as the leggings, etc.
Common outfits are a cotton shirt, denim jeans, and suede or leather shoes. 3 different materials.
