Looting bag to store items you might need later, but don't want to carry around in F2P.
Quests for all the free exp.
Not sure if possible in 2 weeks (even more so on a UIM), but try to complete Wanted! quest. That lets you kill black knights to make progress for a Falador Elite task. You can kill the black knights in F2P and it will progress your white knight ranking.
Plant some seeds/trees in F2P areas to make the area look nice.
That is all I can really think of.
