Giving modding tools to the community was possibly the smartest thing they could've done, it carried this literal turd into success
Shame the actual developers are so hopelessly incompetent, did they even HINT at anything to make oceans populated or are they just hoping people forget that the vast majority of the map is entirely barren and unused?
