I struggle with this
for me, there's a degree of just 'wait it out' when at the lowest point, that might be all you can do right now
then a recovery period, wherein I still don't enjoy doing the things which I normally do, but I can find some kind of "enjoyment" in more creative pursuits, which I normally don't concern myself with—music, art, writing—just pure cathartic venting onto an arbitrary medium, rather than having fun
then, little-by-little, it just gradually gets better
it seems cyclic—likely 'autistic burnout' in my case
weed and meds have acted as 'quick fixes' in the past, but they don't really help long-term
so I don't have a good solution for you, I wish I did
the problem is you're describing a symptom, and not a cause; what works for one person might not work for you if the underlying cause is different
