Fake image. Blue eyes and blonde hair were always rare outside of the steppes and Sogdia. We have colored artifacts of Sassanian royals, and they did not have blue eyes and blonde hair on average. They had light skin, black straight hair, and dark eyes.
Light eyes + dark hair combo was probably uncommon, but blonde hair was always exceedingly rare*.
