You probably activated the Kaleido. After reaching certain milestones like raising your warden level, you can level up the world and release level capped sanctums/domains/dungeons. Leveling up on monsters alone is not gonna work, they give too little exp so you should be using the exp books. You can look at the next milestones for ranking up your world under your name and UID when opening the ESC menu by clicking the "I" thing next to Kaleido Rank. Always make sure to keep at least 1 or 2 dps as high as you can through leveling/ascension/weapons.
