Russia was rapidly industrializing pre-WW1 and was the fastest growing economy in the world by a mile. The bolshevik revolution set them back hundred years. Can you point me at any Hitler speech or any of his writings that say he wanted slavic genocide? He called the Russian people 'Aryan' and lamented their suffering under bolshevik rule. Nazi propaganda constantly made the distinction between the judeo-bolshevik class and ordinary russian people
