I'd get a film about Mediaeval Welsh and Irish Poets long before that, directed by Neil Jordan pls. The entire business of buying poets and using them to propel your claim as nobility sounds incredible, it's like selecting from a group of rhyming Jerry Maguires.

There are probably a host of books about that subject already, although I haven't read them.
