Yozakura is already confirmed since she appears in the story, and with a new bikini too, so there's indeed going to be a second part, if anything else gets announced I'd be surprised.
No idea about the setting question, I was waiting for Ikaruga to finally read the collab stories, but based on some of her home menu dialogues it feels like it's the same world.
