It can be done with inpainting. You basically put in your image, click inpaint and then draw a mask over the parts you want to change. Moving the hair away is easy, you just mask the hair from the breasts down and a bit around it so it has space to move it from the nipples. Adding a character becomes a bit trickier because you have to mask where he is and where you want the limb to go and anything under the mask can change. I'm too lazy to try the second thing now.
Also, to keep the generation free, it's best to scale and crop the image to be at one of the standard sizes. HIgher resolutions can cost a lot of the currency.
