For an example, https://cherrykissgames.itch.io/ is a publisher who licenses a bunch of nukige VNs, and had 67 titles on Itch.io. For the moment if you search any of their titles on the main website, you won't find any results because they have been de-indexed, but they are still available for sale. On that page however, Mommy Sensei: Horny Homework had the game image removed, and clicking on it brings up a page that states "This game's files have been suspended by an itch.io administrator." so it has been outright remove from the platform. That page now includes the actual takedown notice sent to the publisher as well, which is this image here.
