Oh my god, how could he be upset over the whole 'O-man's favorite' situation if he was keeping this one hidden away? It's the complete opposite approach but easily one of the best (male) outfit designs yet. Wish we could see it in color.

Yes but not "can't" The quality is not consistent at all but there has been some great drawing in places, though the style is not showy. Where this manga really shines is the composition and design, easily the best I have seen in that regard.
