As someone who used to organise meet ups generally if someone puts the word out people will come but right now the game is very dead, no one is logging in and everyone is instead playing other games. It's also much easier to organise meet ups when something big is coming either irl or in game. A big patch is a good excuse to meet up or Christmas. But really so few people play now the meet up wouldn't be very big unless you also include normies.
