ccrobros, this Saturday I wanna do an OCA opening party in Pool's Closed. Just save up all you can and around the MOTD reset party up and blast dozens of these.
Gonna prioritize members with low card counts so they can get caught up.

OCAs skip anybody that already has the card and gives it randomly to another player in the party that doesn't have it yet, making sure none are wasted (unless everybody has the same card, then you get 1 repeat back)
