Defeat them one by one, in order. The fire power obtained from Burning Rifle can instantly defeat all rankers other than Hermes. Using their rewards and resources, I will increase my power (and consequently threat level) until I surpass even Hermes. I assume that I'll be capable of some form of major reality warping, something that can contend against her speed, once I'm close to her level.
