I think 90% of the "look how shit Russia is!" comments would go away if they just paved all of their roads. I've seen some videos of people going to the poorest places in the US which Tajikistan tier GDP and they don't look so bad since they have a good road. Also the sky is blue since the Russian countryside always looks terrible. But if they just maintained the road it wouldn't look so bad.
