As Baba brings you all forward, Izzy asks, “So who’s going first? Anyone got any preferences?”
“They’re probably a different group than you’ve faced before, Goku.” Maple says.
He rubs his chin, commenting, “I remember there being an invisible guy, and a mummy guy, and a vampire guy, and a devil guy, and… Grandpa at the end eheheh. I fought the last two.”
“Yeah then this is gonna be a whole different group. Might not be as much a physical challenge, but some are pretty skilled in other areas you might not expect.” mom remarks.
“So, preferences?” Izzy asks. “I wouldn’t mind seeing how Phanty’s improved. That is, unless you wanna go against her first, Gohan.” she asks in a very teasing voice that catches mom’s attention.
“Don’t start.” he requests.
“You suuuure?” Cocoa teases too, and even you can’t resist giving him a little smirk.
“Focus.” Gohan groans. “I don’t have a preference. Sis, what about you, you wanna face Sibella?”
“I’m sure Sibella’s practiced plenty of new tricks.” you respond. “She might want a rematch, but also might end up going last. Plus no real guarantee on who all will fight… Baba, how many rounds will this be?”
“A total of the usual five.” she says. “Which foes you will go up against will be kept a secret until the match comes, and only one switch per match, before the match starts, will be allowed. Are you all ready?”
“If it’s all the same to the rest of you, I’d like to start us off, our first opponent.” Maple requests. “That good?”
