I'm not in this conversation whatsoever but just to give a math tip, if you find percentages confusing just convert them to decimal numbers. It'll make more sense then. You can divide a percentage by 100 to do that, since percentage is just a way of expressing a number as a fraction of 100.
>100% would just be 1.0
>200% would be 2.0
>66% is 0.66
>etc.
and then you can multiply that by whatever number you want (1 * 1,000... 2 * 1,000... 0.66 * 1,000)
