Fun concorde fact: The CIA tried to tell the Brits it was technicaly impossible to make it. Also it was not possible for the concorde to flight over US soil because it was not made in America or operated by an american company. Free market amiright.
The next US made concorde like will have to land in Guadeloupe and in the British Virgin Islands, or Belleek and Brest.
Tbh, I'm pretty sure an US operative put those metal plates on purpose on the runway.
