They typically don't make them for models, specifically. Bodies like those are designed so you can more easily fit them into literal doll clothes, like the stuff made by Azone International and whatnot. It's the same reason why Busou Shinki had those 'Naked Flesh' bodies back in the day, and why Megami Device just came out with pic related in two colors.
