Also Sasuke's facial expressions are shit because he almost always looks pissed or half-pissed regardless of what emotion he's feeling, and he doesn't even manage to look angry in a handsome way. Meanwhile Minato looks attractive regardless of what he is feeling, like when he's smiling or when he's serious and about to fight someone.
