I’m assuming this graph measures in people * 1000, so there’s been a decline of ~1 million since 2020. It’s a big loss, but not all of it is mortality. It’s not totally unusual either in a country with such a top-heavy age structure, though I’m not saying the vaccine couldn’t have accelerated the decline
