I hate this term but you must not have media literacy. The reason why chapter 155 showed us that Nayuta had Makima's memories is because at first her plan was the same as Makima's, but the longer she loved with Denji the longer she started to genuinely care for him, she had fun with him and she started to love him. There would be no point in showing us all this if Fujimoto planned for her just to be Makima 2.0. it's obviously that while it was her plan in the beginning, she developed feelings for him over time.
