Lads honestly how can things get this dire? Sending off essays for job applications and getting automated rejection emails if not a total ignore. Given up the dream of owning a house. Third worlders being imported all over the place. My bennies being cut. Taxes rising. Literal rape gangs running about the country. Generally people are just getting ruder— a small thing to complain about but quite often people push past me getting off the tube.

Can any older anons shed light on this? It can't just be le media making things out to be bad. How are people not rioting in the streets?

Can't even say there is a good alternative to this shit government. They're all as bad as each other.

I literally have a bachelor's and a master's in a humanities subject (I know, I know a mistake but I'm hopeless at maths etc) from a decent uni, but I'm just stranded.
